Alarm
It's 4:00 a.m. here. I was going to go to sleep two hours ago, when a fire alarm began to go off in one of the apartments upstairs. It is still going off. There is no other indication of fire. (Also I have seen and heard no indication anyone in any of the other seven apartments in the building has noticed a problem, or is even alive.) I have now been awake for the last 20 hours, prior to which I got five hours of sleep. As it appears unlikely that there is any actual danger, and I hurt everywhere, I am going to sleep now. I hope I don't die.
