No Starcraft
I sat down this evening with the thought that I'd install Starcraft on my new MPB and enjoy a few hours of making things blow up. Only, as I discovered for myself, Leopard breaks Starcraft and apparently even the brand new 10.5.3 update still doesn't fix matters.
Waaaaaaah! I want my siege tanks!
Oh, yeah, and I'm in Wisconsin now. I'm staying in a motel until I can take ownership of my apartment, and today I was assigned a desk at the office. Unfortunately I'm not in a cubicle. . . I only have about two feet of wall, which covers the middle third of the back of my desk. Still, the other grad students are friendly and soon I'll learn how to use the software so that I can actually start work.
